]]> Weil ich schon immer mal einen Schwibbogen bauen wollte fertigte ich einen recht einfachen an.
Nachdem ich aus Bildern Vektorgrafiken und daraus DXF Zeichnungen gemacht hatte, erstellte ich ein Fräsprogramm für meine CNC Fräse und fräste die Teile aus 4mm dicken Sperrholz. Der Boden besteht aus mehreren Lagen 12mm dicken Multiplexplatten.
Da der Bogen Freunden und Bekannten gefiel baute ich weitere Bögen, je nach Auftrag in unterschiedlichen Größen, fix und fertig oder als Bausatz.
Für einen Bogen, welchen ich in die USA schickte, baute ich eine Transport- und Aufbewahrungskiste.

  • Das erster Bauteil
  • Beim ersten Bogen bestanden die Querholme noch aus drei Teilen
  • Die Elektroleitungen waren von oben sichtbar.
  • Transport- und Aufbewahrungskiste
  • Seitliche Halterungen verhindern, dass der Bogen in der Kiste verrutscht.
  • Eine ordentliche Transportkiste braucht Tragegriffe.
  • Der Bogen ist 60cm breit
  • Die Lasuren mischte ich selbst zusammen.
  • Massenanfertigung
  • Bauteile für den verbesserten Bogen mit einteiligen Holmen.

  • Innenbeleuchtung des Hauses
  • Untere Abdeckungen der Holme
  • Zwei LED an einem Holm, eine beleuchtet den Mond
  • Alle Elektroleitungen wurden abgedeckt.

  • Dieser Bogen ist 42cm breit.
  • Keinerlei Elektroleitungen sind sichtbar.
  • Im Karton links, befindet sich ein Schwibbogen in Form eines Bausatzes. Ein Bogen wurde komplett naturfarben bestellt.

]]> Nachdem ich meinen Mercedes Sprinter mit Lkw-Zulassung nicht mehr in meiner Nähe parken durfte (Es wurden überall Schilder angebracht, Parken nur für Pkw), kaufte ich einen VW Bus mit Pkw-Zulassung.

Genau wie meinen Sprinter, baute ich ihn so um, dass ich ihn im Urlaub und auch für den täglichen Gebrauch nutzen kann. Trotz eingebauter Möbel passt eine Europalette oder ein Motorrad hinein. Für größere Transporte lassen sich die Möbel leicht entfernen.

  • Da ich die Fahrgastraumheizung nicht benötige, baute ich sie aus.
  • Den Warmwasserkreislauf schloss ich kurz.
  • Der Innenraum wurde komplett mit Armaflex isoliert.
  • Die Schalter der hinteren Heizung werden nicht mehr benötigt.
  • An Stelle der Heizungsschalter baute ich ein Ablagefach ein.
  • Die Beifahrersitzbank setzte ich auf eine Drehkonsole.
  • Leitungen für mehrere Kameras.
  • Die Abbiegekamera sitzt an der A Säule
  • Der Originalhalter wurde zurecht gebogen.
  • Ein Schrumpfschlauch fixiert die Kamera am Halter.
  • Der orangefarbene Tote-Winkel ist komplett verschwunden.
  • Die Löcher der Originaldeckenleuchten wurden verschlossen
  • Löcher für die neuen Leuchten wurden gefertigt.
  • Die Deckenplatten wurden mit Filz bezogen.
  • Der Gummiboden kam zum Müll.
  • Ein Holzboden dient zum Verschrauben der Möbel.
  • Zur Möbelbefestigung wurden sehr viele Nietmutter gesetzt.
  • Bereits im Vorfahrzeug bewährte sich eine Gitterkonstruktion beim Möbelbau.
  • Fixierungen für den Kühlschrank fertigte ich an meiner CNC Fräse.
  • Batterieschrank rechts im Fahrzeug.
  • Testfräsung für die Küchenarbeitsplatte aus Bambus.
  • Alle Möbel wurden komplett geschlossen verleimt. Hinterher wurden die Öffnungen ausgesägt.
  • Batterieschrank
  • Eine Bettplatte dienst auch als Sitzbank.
  • Die Liegefläche ist ausreichend.
  • Im Batterieschrank befindet sich auch der Mülleimer.
  • Müllbeutelhalter
  • Staukisten im Wunschmaß fertigte ich an meiner CNC Fräse.
  • Kistenverriegelung
  • Über die originale Zwangsentlüftung kann der Innenraum nun elektrisch entlüftet werden.
  • Aus einem originalen Gummiboden fertigte ich eine Schalenmatte.
  • Zur Ladungssicherung baute ich reichlich Gewindebuchsen im Boden ein.
  • Da die Bremsleuchte mit Kamera nicht lieferbar war, baute ich vorübergehend eine eigene Kamera.
  • Endstadium.
  • In die Schiebetüre baute ich drei Ablagefächer ein.
  • Staufach hinter dem Fahrersitz.
  • Die billigere Klimaanlage, Windabweiser.
  • Lüftungsgitter wenn das Fahrzeug geparkt wird.
  • Damit die Sitzkiste trotz Drehkonsole weiter genutzt werden kann, baute ich einen Boden ein.
  • Einteiler für die Küchenkiste.
  • Eine Küchenkiste ist viel praktischer als ein Küchenschrank. Alles kann auf einmal mit nach Draußen genommen werden.
  • Bei VW ließ ich ein Schiebefenster nachrütsen.
  • Zwei der drei Bank- und Bettplatten stattete ich mit Tischbeinen aus.
  • Das Bett.
  • Zweite Sitzbank.
  • Alles verstaut.
  • Für Campingstühle fertigte ich Taschen welche an den Hecktüren befestigt wurden.
  • Für die Fenster fertigte ich Thermomatten.
  • Die Matten werden von eingenähten Magneten gehalten.

Mit reichlich Chemie wurden 4 Schichten alte Farbe abgebeizt. Nach einer Entrostung und einer technischen Instandsetzung wurde die Waage mit Hammerit-Lack gestrichen. Die Wage ist wieder voll einsatzfähig. Sie muss aber nichts mehr wiegen, sondern dient als Deko.
